Half amazing, half disappointing
The nature around is preserved beautifully and the beach, Playa Blanca, is fine. The wildlife adventures were very nice, with monkeys entertaining us throughout our meals.
The check-in can take quite a while and dining options are pricey. The service might suffer during busy weekends, as the staff struggles with language barriers.

One saw many animals, unfortunately they were fed with pizza etc... Nice beach in front. Food was good
The water in the pools wasn't clean, very cloudy, you didn't feel like going in. No deck chairs on the beach

Extremely friendly and efficient staff, and amazing food!!!
Immaculately clean room with a personal safe, air conditioning, and a work desk. Stunning location by nature, and 10 min walking distance to Playa Mantas. Plenty of food in the hotel, poolside restaurant.

Nature lovers paradise
The breakfast was excellent , really had a good selection of options, made each day special. Another highlight was the wildlife. Waking up to see monkeys playing right outside our cabin was something I'll never forget.
It was pricey , but overall the experience made it worth it.

Very beautifully embedded in nature. Monkeys, macaws, iguanas, toucans and a turtle could be observed in the sea. Delicious breakfast . Friendly staff. Very close to Sam Jose. Only 1 hour 45 min
The entire property itself has become very old. Air conditioning and refrigerator were very loud, so you had to get used to it to sleep. The white light (energy saving lamps) in the room and the whole complex do not create a pleasant atmosphere. Beaches (Mantas and Blanca) are not so easy to reach on foot.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience, especially the vibrant pools. We had a fantastic time kayaking along the coast and even spotted some dolphins! The staff was friendly.
My kids wished for more organized activities for families. It would be great if the hotel provided a better map or guidelines to help navigate the expansive hotel.
